At StagingToday, we are committed to providing high-quality furniture staging services that meet and exceed our clients’ expectations. We understand that circumstances may arise where a refund is requested. Please review our refund policy below.
1. Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds are issued based on the following conditions:

A full refund will be provided if a cancellation request is made at least 7 days before the scheduled staging date.

A 50% refund will be issued if the cancellation occurs within 3-6 days before the scheduled staging date.

No refunds will be provided for cancellations made less than 72 hours before the staging date, as preparations and logistics will have already been arranged.

If the staging service has already been completed, no refunds will be issued.

2. Deposits and Non-Refundable Fees

A small deposit is required to secure our staging services. This deposit may be refundable after confirmation.

Any special-order furniture or accessories purchased specifically for a staging project are non-refundable.

3. Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed within 7-14 business days from the date of approval.

Refunds will be issued using the original payment method. If the original payment method is unavailable, a suitable alternative will be arranged.

Clients must provide accurate banking or payment details for the refund to be successfully processed.

4. Service Dissatisfaction
​
At StagingToday, we strive for excellence in every project. If you are dissatisfied with our service, we encourage you to contact us within 24 hours of the staging completion to discuss potential resolutions. Adjustments or modifications may be offered instead of a refund.

5. Force Majeure
​
StagingToday is not liable for cancellations or refunds due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government restrictions, or unforeseen emergencies.
