    Well, firstly we do an audit call to make sure you're the right fit for our services, then we let our interior decorator come in and consult you on your property and its needs. And finally, our team of delivery men plus our in-house interior decorator will come through and stage your home for you. (Do note: there may be extra steps not mentioned such as basic paperwork.
  • How long would it take to stage my home?
    The time required to stage your home varies depending on factors like the home's size, current condition, and the level of staging needed. Some homes can be staged in a day, while others may take longer. We work efficiently to ensure your home is ready as soon as possible.
  • What do you guys NOT do when you stage my home?
    Our staging service focuses on decorating and furnishing your home to enhance its appeal to buyers. However, we do not handle permanent changes or renovations, such as: Lighting or fixture installations (though our interior decorator can provide recommendations) Painting or wall repairs Flooring replacements Major renovations or remodeling Our goal is to make your home look its best using furniture, decor, and layout adjustments, ensuring it’s market-ready without structural changes.
  • What happpens if im not satasfied with your service?
    Customer satisfaction is our priority. If you're not satisfied with your staging, we offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee. Meaning we will do everything in our power to make it right for you. Your home’s presentation matters to us, and we’re committed to delivering results you love.
  • What types of furniture do you offer for rent?

  • Is there a minimum rental period?
    Yes, our standard minimum rental period is 30 days, but we can accommodate shorter terms for special cases.
  • What happens if a rented item is damaged?
    Normal wear and tear is expected, but any significant damage beyond that may result in a repair or replacement fee.
  • Can I swap out furniture pieces during the rental period?
    Yes! If you need to switch out items due to design adjustments, we offer exchange options for a small fee.
  • Do you offer design consultation or styling advice?
    While we primarily focus on furniture rentals, we can recommend styles, trending designs, and layout ideas to help you achieve the perfect staging look.
  • How far in advance should I book?
    We recommend booking at least 1–2 weeks in advance to ensure the best selection and smooth logistics. However, we do accommodate last-minute requests when possible.
